Hull’s IT@Spectrum short listed for prestigious regional Business Awards 2008
IT@Spectrum Ltd has been short listed for a coveted award from the Mail News & Media Business Awards 2008 in recognition for customer service.
The prestigious awards, sponsored and supported by many leading businesses in the region are being held on Thursday 27th November at the Willerby Manor Hotel, in Willerby, Hull.
This is the first year IT@Spectrum has entered the awards and the team are thrilled to have been short listed to three finalists for the Customer Services Award – sponsored by Sewell.
Ken Sturdy, managing director at IT@Spectrum, Trinity Street, Hull, said today: “We are thrilled to have been short listed for this award. The judges have told us the competition has been tough this year, so being placed in the top three is recognition in itself for our hard work and commitment to maintaining excellent customer service across the board. We are keeping our fingers crossed for the night.”
The judges were looking for a company that demonstrates a commitment to continually improving its standards of customer service and expected a clear, well-implemented customer care policy to be in place. The judges also wanted to see how exceeding customer expectation was adding to the overall success of the business.
IT@Spectrum provides a full office documentation service. Spectrum’s technology enables clients to be in full control of all office documentation, allowing clients to manage, distribute and account for documents that have been produced, received or sent.
