The Problem
Francis Askew had a basic photocopier, several network printers and a desktop scanner before the relationship with IT@Spectrum began. They had paper documents filed across two different locations making filing and locating documents a time consuming task. Francis Askew also used SIMS.net to record their pupil records, however this system was not being used to its full potential due to the lengthy task of scanning and searching of the documents.
The Solution
Since the relationship between Francis Askew and IT@Spectrum began in 2006, two Multifunctional Devices have been introduced and an eCopy Scan Station along with a SIMS.net connector. This new technology allows them to scan multiple documents directly into SIMS.net making this a simple quick process.
