Service Co-ordinator
We are looking to recruit a new person to join our Service Support Team in an Administrative role working from the front of house.
The Service Co-ordinator holds a key role within our organisation. The right candidate should be highly self motivated and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal communication, organisation skills and have the desire for a challenging and diverse role.
A major part of the role is to operate our Client Service Help Desk, handling queries, requests and conversing effectively with clients and colleagues, face to face and over the telephone.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, adaptable and well presentable individual who will demonstrate a high standard of personal presentation, have the ability to take control in a busy environment and direct clear instructions to field based technicians.
The successful candidate must be able to handle daily pressures to meet the targets and deadlines to ensure the highest levels of client service at all times
We operate bespoke applications but also use the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access & Excel) so it is essential that you have a good level of understanding and genuine interest in IT and its benefits. You must have the ability to learn and absorb software applications quickly and you have a good level of general education (English and Maths) Experience in the above job tasks would be advantageous but not essential.
